Eromo Moda

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of eromomoda.com, and any consultation, commission, purchase or Academy enrolment made with Eromo Moda. By enquiring, booking a consultation, placing an order or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. About Eromo Moda

Eromo Moda is a luxury house based in Warri, Nigeria, specialising in bespoke bridal, couture and occasion wear, ready-to-wear pieces, and home to Eromo Moda Fashion Academy. Eromo Moda is operated by [Eromo Moda registered business name / RC number], with its studio at [studio address, Lagos, Nigeria].

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who are enrolling with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. When you provide information to us — whether through the consultation form, WhatsApp, email or in person — you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorised to act on it.

3. Consultations & enquiries

Browsing the website, submitting a consultation request, or messaging us on WhatsApp does not place an order or create a contract. A consultation lets us understand your occasion, silhouette, measurements and budget before we confirm pricing, timeline and availability. An order is only confirmed once we have agreed the specification and price with you in writing (by WhatsApp or email) and received the required deposit or payment.

4. Made-to-order & ready-to-wear pieces

Pieces on the site are shown as either in stock or made to order. In-stock pieces are limited and subject to availability at the time we confirm your order. Made-to-order pieces are cut and finished to your measurements once your order and deposit are confirmed, and timelines will be given to you directly by our team.

As every piece is handcrafted, small variations in fabric shade, beadwork placement, embroidery and finish are normal and are not considered defects. Screen colours may also vary slightly from the finished garment depending on your device.

5. Bespoke bridal & couture commissions

Bespoke commissions (bridal gowns, custom couture and occasion pieces designed to your measurements and brief) require a non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the agreed price to begin production, with the balance due before the piece is released or shipped. Because bespoke pieces are cut specifically for you, they cannot be resold and are final sale — see Section 8 for how cancellations and changes are handled once work has begun.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in [USD/NGN] and, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery, duties and import taxes. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods agreed directly with our team; we do not currently take payment through an online checkout on this website. Payment instructions and confirmation of funds received will always come from an official Eromo Moda phone number, email address or WhatsApp line.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines quoted at consultation or order confirmation are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by fabric sourcing, handwork and courier delays outside our control. Full details on how we ship within Nigeria and internationally are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

8. Cancellations, changes & returns

Because most of our work is cut, sewn or beaded specifically for you, cancellation and return terms differ by piece type. This is covered in full in our Shipping & Returns policy — please read it before placing an order, and ask us anything that isn’t clear before your deposit is taken.

9. Eromo Moda Fashion Academy

Enrolment in an Academy programme is confirmed once we have received your registration and the agreed tuition (in full or by instalment, where offered). Tuition, starter kit and optional accommodation fees are non-refundable once a batch has started, except where required by law. Batch dates, places available and schedules are confirmed directly with the Academy team and may be adjusted for minimum class sizes or unforeseen circumstances; where this happens, we will offer you a place on the next available batch or a refund of unused fees.

Students are expected to attend classes as scheduled and to follow studio safety and conduct guidelines. Eromo Moda may decline to enrol, or may discontinue the enrolment of, a student whose conduct disrupts the studio or puts staff or other students at risk.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, photography, text, logos and other content on this website are the property of Eromo Moda or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and design law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party services such as Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site or service you access through these links.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Nigerian law. Subject to that, Eromo Moda’s total liability arising from an order or an Academy enrolment is limited to the amount you paid for that order or programme.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version in force at the time you place an order or enrol in a programme is the version that applies to it. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms, an order or an Academy enrolment can be sent to eromomoda@gmail.com or +234 807 438 2095.
